Welcome to Creaytic. We are committed to protecting your privacy, securing your data, and providing transparent information about our services. By accessing or using creaytic.com or purchasing our services, you agree to the policies and rules described below.

1. About Creaytic

Creaytic is a service provider offering more than 30+ professional solutions. Customers may purchase one-time services or choose subscription plans. Subscription plans allow you to create and manage tasks according to the features of your selected plan.

2. Subscription Plans & Task Rules

  • Lite Plan: One task at a time. After completion, you may create another.
  • Pro Plan: Same rule as Lite — one active task at a time.
  • Super Plan: Two active tasks can run simultaneously.
  • Custom Plan: Flexible limits, including support for unlimited concurrent tasks depending on agreement.

All tasks must comply with our rules. Misuse of the platform, creating abusive or fraudulent tasks, or violating intellectual property rights may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Payments

We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All payments must be completed before services or tasks can begin. By submitting payment, you agree that:

  • Your billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Creaytic has the right to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions and renewals.
  • You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank, payment provider, or blockchain network (for crypto).

4. Refund Policy

For Services

  • Pending status: Full refund within 24 hours. Funds are returned to the same payment method.
  • Processing status: Our team has started working on your order. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process and may be subject to deductions for work already completed.
  • Completed/Delivered: Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions are made only if you provide valid reasons and evidence under our rules.

For Subscription Plans

Refunds for subscription plans depend on usage and timing. If you cancel within the first 24 hours and no tasks have been created, you may request a full refund. If tasks have been started, refunds may be partial or denied depending on progress. Contact support@creaytic.com for details.

Note: Refunds may take different times depending on the payment method. Crypto refunds are processed back to the original wallet address used.

5. Data We Collect

To provide safe and effective services, we may collect the following:

  • Account details: name, email, contact info, billing address
  • IP address and browser/device data to prevent spam and fraud
  • Payment and transaction history
  • Support messages and communication records

  • Do not attempt to bypass or exploit system limitations.
