At Creaytic, we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how they are calculated, and how to request one. Please read this policy carefully — it complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Short version: Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, but we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Under certain circumstances — for example, technical failures, duplicate charges, or billing errors — we will issue full or partial refunds. Read the sections below for full details.

Refund Eligibility (detailed)

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, the timing of the request, and the reason for the request. We consider the following factors when evaluating refund requests:

  • Type of purchase (subscription, one-time product, add-on, custom work).
  • Whether the product or service was used, delivered, or completed.
  • Whether the request was made within the stated timeframe (for example, a 14-day, 30-day window where applicable).
  • Evidence of technical issues, billing errors, or duplicate charges.
  • Whether the user attempted to resolve the issue with support before requesting a refund.

Common eligible situations

  • Duplicate charges processed in error.
  • Failure to deliver a purchased product or service (for example, paid custom work that was not started or completed).
  • Subscription charged after timely cancellation due to a platform or processing error.
  • Clear billing errors (incorrect amount or currency).

Common ineligible situations

  • Change of mind after a paid subscription period has already been used.
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
  • Non-refundable items listed below.
  • Claims submitted beyond the allowed timeframe for a specific product.

Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

Billing model: Subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription period you select (monthly, annual, or other). By subscribing you authorize Creaytic to charge your chosen payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated below.

Refund rules for subscriptions

  • Automatic renewals: Renewals are non-refundable unless a billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstance occurred.
  • Short-term cancellations: If you cancel within a short grace period after an automatic renewal (for example, within 48 hours) we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion — contact support immediately.
  • Annual plans: Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled early and only if specified in a promotion or explicitly allowed at purchase.

One-time Purchases & Digital Goods

One-time purchases (such as single-item licenses, templates, or one-off services) are handled case-by-case.

  • If the digital good is defective or fails to operate as described and we cannot provide a fix in a reasonable time, we will issue a refund.
  • If you download or access the digital good and it functions as described, refunds are less likely to be granted.

Free Trials, Promotional Periods & Coupons

Free trials: Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial expires. We recommend canceling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

Promotions & coupons: Promotional purchases are subject to the terms of the promotion. Some promotions may be non-refundable or have special refund rules; these will be stated in the promotion terms.

Prorated & Partial Refunds

When a partial refund is appropriate (for example, when cancelling a subscription mid-period), we calculate the refund based on the unused portion of the subscription period after deducting any applicable non-refundable fees. Prorated refunds are issued at our discretion unless otherwise guaranteed at purchase.

Non-refundable Items

The following items are typically non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase:

  • Customization or bespoke development work after work has begun and milestones have been accepted.
  • One-time service fees that have already been rendered (e.g., completed consulting sessions).
  • Digital downloads that have been delivered and accessed when they function as described.
  • Fees charged by third-party platforms (payment processors or marketplaces) — we will cooperate with those providers but cannot directly refund their fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we will investigate. If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted (for example, the product/service was delivered or usage logs show access), we may contest the chargeback and chargeback fees may be deducted from any refunded amounts.

Note: chargebacks initiated without contacting Creaytic first may delay resolution or result in denial of the claim.

Third-party Payments & Marketplaces

Purchases processed through third-party marketplaces (App Stores, resellers, or partner platforms) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. If you purchased through a third party, please contact them first — we will assist where possible but we cannot override a third party's refund decision.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Creaytic account and go to Billing & Subscriptions to check purchase details.
  2. Contact our support team at support@creaytic.com with:
    • Your account email and order or invoice number.
    • A clear description of the reason for the refund request.
    • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction records, communication with our team, etc.).
  3. Allow our support team to investigate — we may request additional information or offer troubleshooting, credits, or alternatives before issuing a refund.

Please do not file a chargeback before contacting support; this may complicate and delay resolution.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, we will process it promptly. Typical timelines:

  • Creaytic processing: refunds are usually initiated within 3–10 business days after approval.
  • Payment processor / bank: once initiated, banks or card issuers may take an additional 5–14 business days to post the refund to your account, depending on the provider and region.

If you do not see the refund after these windows, contact your card issuer and Creaytic support with the refund reference we provide.

Taxes, Fees & Currency

Refunds generally include only the amount you paid to Creaytic for the product or service; taxes withheld or remitted to tax authorities may not be refundable. Payment processing fees charged by third parties are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If you paid in a currency other than our base currency, the refunded amount may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates and fees applied by your bank or card issuer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders or posted prominently on our site.
